NEW YORK — Camille Grammer publicly slammed her ex, Kelsey Grammer, over his apparent failure to reach out to their daughter, Mason, on her 25th birthday.

“A daughter should never have to wonder whether her father remembers her birthday. Three days later, and still not a call or a text,” Camille wrote in a post to Instagram, which also included a photo of Mason and the “Frasier” star, albeit with his face covered by a clown drawing. She also shared a close-up of Mason looking away as her father kissed her head, as well as pictures of her as a young girl enjoying the beach.

“You can be a beloved actor to the world, but being a father is a role that requires showing up when the cameras are off,” she continued. “Fame, accolades, and public admiration mean very little if you neglect the people who should matter most.”

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum further noted that “some wounds come not from what is said, but from the silence.” She added that “sometimes the silence is deafening, and the disappointment speaks volumes.”

In a comment on the post, she also called out Grammer’s current wife, Kayte Walsh, with whom he shares four children: Faith, 14, Kelsey, 12, James, 9, and Christopher, 12 months.

“A stepmother should want to encourage a healthy, loving relationship between a father and his daughter,” Camille wrote. “Sadly from my perspective, that hasn’t been Mason’s experience.”

The 58-year-old went on to claim that Mason has “felt increasingly excluded from her father’s life and home,” adding that she “deserves to feel welcomed, respected, and loved — not pushed to the sidelines.”

Grammer and Kelsey tied the knot in 1997, and she filed for divorce in 2010. In addition to Mason, they share a son, 22-year-old Jude, together.

The “Cheers” star is also dad to daughters Spencer, 43, with ex-wife Doreen Alderman, and Greer, 34, with ex-girlfriend Barrie Buckner.
