Suki Waterhouse will happily help her daughter break into showbiz if that is what she wants.

The 34-year-old actress has a two-year-old daughter, whose name has never been revealed publicly, with her 40-year-old fiance, actor Robert Pattinson.

Laughing, she told Nylon: "Why would I advise against it? I'd be nepo-babying the hell out of her."

Suki added: "Oh no. Why didn't I just keep that inside?"

The Pokemon Detective Pikachu star and Robert have been together since 2018, and she feels her relationship with The Odyssey entertainer feels "new" since their daughter was born in March 2024.

In May, Suki explained to Variety: "Internally, there's been quite a lot of turmoil and just wondering if I'm doing the right thing. And especially, oh my God, the hormones right after you have a baby are so intense.

"It's like [I got] belief back in myself, and then also being … I don't want to say back in love with my partner, because it sounds like I was out of it, which I was never.

"But it's also a new relationship. Your old relationship has been wiped out, and so it's building that new one and kind of celebrating the beauty in that, like, we've survived this."

The Daisy Jones and the Six alum went on to explain why the couple decided to keep their daughter's life as "private as possible".

She added: "I think it really is possible to keep as much of your life private as possible. You can have both. But you don't want someone to recognize your kid in the street; it's a safety thing ...

"What if she wants to be a really cool scientist?. Twenty years from now we'll see if she wants to do anything in the public eye ... [However, she] is, unfortunately, quite theatrical."

Robert was not the "biggest fan of kids" before becoming a dad, but his opinion has completely changed since.

Asked how parenthood changed him, The Twilight Saga cast member told GQ magazine in May: "I don't know how. I wasn't the biggest fan of kids before. I didn't mind them. I would tolerate them. But it's the most fun thing. I think it's absolutely wonderful.

"And you're suddenly like ... well, everyone does seem to think their kid is the coolest kid. I definitely think, I'm like. Yeah, my kid, you can actually hang with her. She's great ...

"But how has it changed me? I go to bed a lot earlier. There's just constant time management. It's just that everything is time management, the whole time.

"I mean, it's kind of obvious, but you don't realise it until you do it. Even if you're on the other side of the planet, you're like, 'Okay, I cannot spend more than 10 days away.'

"After 10 days of being away, it's physical pain. It's so interesting; your body chemistry changes without you even thinking about it."
